Svastha Yoga

Svastha Yoga follows the teachings of A.G. Mohan, author of Yoga for Body, Breath & Mind. He was a long-time student of the late Sri T. Krishnamacharya, whose contribution to yoga has a profound influence on how it is practiced today.

Svastha Gentle / Beginner classes are conducted by Yap Meng Chuan on Tuesdays at 9.30am to 11am.

If you are new to Svastha, you are encouraged to come 15 mins earlier to let the teacher prepare you for the class. Please call in advance.
