Yoga is a very broad and in depth life-long experiential practice that can be rewarding and enriching. Benefits of engaging in yoga practice are many, and include, from a gross level of physical health and increased awareness, to more subtle levels of a focused mind.

NOTICE

Dear Yogis,

Due to the current Coronavirus situation, we encourage everyone who suspects exposure (such as travel to and from China during this period) or have any concern health-wise, to seek consultation with a medical professional.

If you are feeling unwell or are concerned about the risk, Oasis will facilitate the carry forward of make-up lessons to an appropriate date.

We encourage everyone to practice good precautionary measures to allow us all to continue to live safely without unnecessary panic and worry.

Seniors are advised to resume classes after 30 April 2020.

For Oasis to be able to accommodate safe distancing measures, please ensure that:

1) You register in advance for your classes.
2) If you are unable to attend, to let Oasis or your teacher know in advance, so that we can allocate your space to the next person.

Kindly note that preference will be given to those who enrolled for the specific class, or those who have enrolled earlier.
