Svastha
means to “stay as oneself” in a state of re-integration, health and
well-being. Svastha yoga approaches each person as a unique individual,
honouring different needs, and limitations, helping one achieve the
five goals of yoga practice:
Svastha
Yoga follows the teachings of A.G. Mohan, author of Yoga for Body,
Breath & Mind. He was a long-time student of the late Sri T.
Krishnamacharya, whose contribution to yoga has a profound influence on
how it is practiced today.
