Yoga Class Levels

Beginner Level
For new yoga students or for those with some yoga background.

General Level
A combined class open to both Beginner and Intermediate level students. Mostly recommended for students with a minimum of six months of experience. Not suitable for new students.

Intermediate Level
Geared toward yoga practitioners who are developing a deeper understanding and appreciation for the practice. Usually suitable for those with more than a year or two of practice and attendance of Beginner or General level classes.

Group Practice
Unsupervised timeslot for self-practice. Practice at your own pace, assimilate, refine and investigate. 
There is no fixed class fees for these sessions. Any "dana" contribution for the upkeep of Oasis is greatly appreciated. 

Workshops / Retreats / Teacher Development
Enrich your practice and learning, register for events that are organised throughout the year.
