Yoga is an excellent learning platform for self improvement. Whether to improve general health and fitness, or to improve emotional and mental well-being, yoga practitioners find many aspects of their lives being positively influenced.
Two yoga sessions will be conducted at a basic level over a weekend at Oasis Yoga. These classes are structured as an entry level preparation for enrollment for regular beginner yoga classes. The best way to get started is by taking small steps. This is your first step as a yoga student!
Suitable for people who have little or no experience in yoga, of general health condition. Those with specific health issues please contact us to find out suitability or alternatives. Yoga is for everyone, young or old, of any background!
The classes will explore the learning and practice of basic yoga asana (postures), with simple explanation of technique.

Timothy Khoo started practicing yoga since 2002 and has been running Oasis Holistic since 2003. He started teaching from 2004. He is under the consistent tutelage of Peter Thomson since 2005. Timothy enjoys the yoga learning process and its continual deepening development and involvement. He is deeply appreciative of his personal growth from the yoga practice and brings that into his classes.
